Samuels leads St. Benedict to overtime victory

RALEIGH, N.C. - Samardo Samuels didn't feel like he had his best performance Thursday night in the second round of the Glaxo-Smith-Kline Holiday Invitational eight-team Boy's Tournament, but his eight points in overtime helped lead Newark (N.J.) St. Benedict to a thrilling 70-67 victory, which moves them into the championship game.

Samuels, who finished the game with 24 points, six rebounds, and three blocked shots, did the vast majority of his damage in the second half, as he struggled to get his hands on the ball in the first half.
