Tough game awaits Hogs in Starkville

Arkansas held out several players during Wednesday's practice, which lasted fewer than two hours, in hopes of getting them rested as the team prepares to play in a tough environment on the road against Mississippi State.

Arkansas coach Houston Nutt was pleased with the Wednesday effort. The players practiced with intensity and concentration, and most of the day was spent working on the Bulldogs' offensive and defensive schemes. Arkansas went inside the Walker Pavilion to avoid the rain. What Arkansas sees in MSU is a defense that has a stingy run defense.
