Kansas QB picks up second offer
Wichita (Kan.) Kapaun Mt. Carmel quarterback Tysyn Hartman received his first scholarship offer earlier this summer when the Kansas Jayhawks made it known they wanted the 6-foot-3, 191-pounder to play football for them. Now, the tenth ranked prospect in the Sunflower State has picked up his second scholarship offer.
The offer from the K-State staff has helped push the time frame for a decision up for Hartman.
Last season he helped lead Kapaun Mt. Carmel to the state playoffs where they lost to the eventual state champion, Salina Central. He threw for over 1,300 yards as his team finished with a 7-4 record.
