Questions still linger about OU's O

On the offensive side of the ball, the Sooners are replacing Rhett Bomar with Paul Thompson. Well, maybe you heard that, maybe I didn't need to recap that little nugget of info for you.

What has been surprising in the early going is how well Thompson has been playing since throwing few, if any, meaningful passes since last season's Holiday Bowl preparations. I still think Thompson is lacking in the accuracy department after watching him for four years.

He's not going to excel at every throw a quarterback has to make. But the rub on the entire situation is what Kevin Wilson has up his sleeve.

Can OU put together an offensive line capable of unleashing Peterson on any team with repeated success?

That's the real question facing this Oklahoma offense.
