Florida star will make official visit to OSU

Over the past decade the Buckeyes have certainly had success recruiting the talent rich state of Florida. Once again the OSU staff is hoping to capitalize on the talent down south and one they would love to land from the Sunshine state is Daytona Beach Seabreeze cornerback James Scott.

The 5-foot-10 and 163-pound Scott has been a varsity starter since his freshman year when he intercepted three passes. Scott has six career interceptions going into his senior season.

He also has plenty of schools hoping to land his signature on a national letter of intent including Ohio State.

The top suitors include Florida, Ohio State, Alabama, Auburn, LSU, Georgia Tech and Tennessee.
