Rivals250 corner has two leaders

This summer Daytona Beach, Fla., Seabreeze cornerback James Scott has opted not to take part in the college summer camp circuit that many of the top prospects from the Sunshine State partake in. Instead he is staying home and enjoying his time off from school. He has interrupted his summer of leisure on two separate occasions - unofficially visiting both Florida and Ohio State.


He attended Florida's Orange and Blue game two months ago and then unofficially visited Ohio State this past weekend.


"I didn't camp there," said Scott of his visit to Columbus, Ohio. "My coach was working the camp and we thought it would be a good idea if I went with him to see Ohio State. The coaches there told me they are looking for cornerbacks and I'm one of the ones they have highly rated."


The Buckeyes are joined by Florida, Alabama, Tennessee, LSU, Auburn and others in offering the 4-star, Rivals250 member.
