Finishing in Style

High school football coaches constantly worry about their players 'relaxing' once their college decision is finished, making sure to keep themselves healthy and losing the 'hunger' that got them into the position of being recruited in the first place.

Some football coaches may have to worry about that, but even the track coach at Alexandria, La. high has no such concerns about Chris Brown over three months after signing his letter of intent.

That's because the 5-foot-10, 190-pound running back just finished one of the most impressive accomplishments of his career at Alexandria when he was named State Farm Class 4A outstanding track athlete.

Over the past few months Brown may not have had a Sooner football game to watch but he's been watching all the related items that have been televised over the past few months, including the Red-White game on ESPN and the NFL draft.
