Tuberville and Shula visit Mobile safety

Mobile (Ala.) Davidson has produced 20 college football signees the last few years including Arkansas wide receiver London Crawford in 2006 and Auburn tight end Gabe McKenzie in 2005.

Once again the Davidson program features a number of prospects for the 2007 class headlined by safety Michael McNeil. The 6-foot-2, 195-pounder is coveted by both in-state schools as evidenced by Davidson's most recent visitors.

On Monday, Alabama head coach Mike Shula and assistant coach Buddy Wyatt dropped in for a visit. Tuesday, it was Auburn head coach Tommy Tuberville and assistant James Willis making the rounds.
