DeCicco will give Hoosiers a long look

The recruiting race for 6-foot-3, 200 pound Pennsylvania athlete Dom DeCicco is just beginning to heat up, but Indiana got a head start a few months ago with the Thomas Jefferson High School product. They evaluated DeCicco very early in the process and knew that he was a player that could help their team, so they wasted no time in letting him know he was wanted.

"I probably got the offer about three or four weeks ago," said DeCicco. "(Defensive Line) Coach (Brian) George text reached me and told me they were offering me. The offer came in the mail a day or two later. It was my first offer so it was a real good feeling after waiting for awhile for an offer."

It was such a good feeling that DeCicco feels like he owes the Hoosiers a very long look in his recruiting process.

"They are definitely always going to be in my mind, because they gave me my first offer and showed that they have a lot of confidence in me," said DeCicco. "I am never going to take them out of the picture during this whole thing."
