The Oklahoma offense was a team in transition during most of the 2005 season. With Rhett Bomar taking over the offense as a redshirt freshman quarterback, the offensive line struggling to find the right pieces and Adrian Peterson hobbled for almost half the season, things weren't always pretty.
But talking with running backs coach Cale Gundy, one can't help but feel the anticipation surrounding the 2006 OU offense due to the return of Peterson and the dynamic potential of backup running back Allen Patrick..
