NAMEDROPPER: Celebrations never get old


IRVINE, Calif. | The Tigers have scored plenty of touchdowns this season, but players never skip an opportunity to celebrate a scoring play.


There's a reason.


Center Reese Dismukes said the Tigers appreciate every point after what happened in 2012. Auburn scored only 27 touchdowns last fall while mired in Scot Loeffler's confusing and sometimes counterintuitive offense, which made players long for the days when points weren't an endangered species.


"When you go through something like that, you take advantage of every opportunity to celebrate after you score a touchdown," Dismukes said. "I think that's just really the big thing. It's really a team effort with us. (Nick Marshall) and the rest of the guys, we all take pride in each other and (we're) just so happy for one another when something good happens."
