AUBURN | Through the first three games of the season, Auburn appears to be on track with the process of restoring pride in the program. This week the Tigers get an opportunity to make a statement as to just where they stand in that process, taking on the nation's No. 6 team, the LSU Tigers, in Baton Rouge.

Head Coach Les Miles is in his ninth season at LSU and his record there is nothing short of outstanding. Known for goofy quotes, bungled time management late in games and occasional in-game decisions that go against conventional wisdom, Miles has taken his team to the BCS Championship game twice. He has won one national championship and produced five top-10 finishes in eight years.

With 88 wins, Miles is already second in total wins among all LSU head football coaches. LSU has won more games than any team in the SEC over the past 8 seasons. His tenure there has also produced 51 NFL draft picks, including 12 in the first round.

Offensive Coordinator Cam Cameron is in his first year at LSU, following several years as an offensive coordinator in the NFL. He was head coach of the Miami Dolphins in 2007.

To this point in the season, Cameron has his Tiger offense firing on all cylinders. Wide receivers Odell Beckham, Jr. (6-0, 193, Jr.) and Jarvis Landry (6-1, 195, Jr.) have combined for 32 receptions and nine touchdowns during the first three games.
