Rivals100 safety still with three on top

Football will be where his college scholarship comes from, but Mission Viejo's Max Redfield has kept himself busy in all seasons. Ranked as the No. 30 football recruit in the nation, the 6-foot-1, 195-pound athlete finished basketball in March and has moved onto track and field season.

Duck Sports Authority caught up with the blue chip football recruit to get an update on his athletics.

"Basketball went really good for us," said Redfield of his 28-5 squad. "We made it to the CIF championships and we came up short by a few points and ended up losing to Mater Dei."

Despite helping his team to the CIF championship playoffs on the court, football will likely be his college future.
