Self doesn't expect KU to take step back

Kansas, having compiled an overall record of 68-6 the previous two seasons, took several major hits to its roster this offseason. Aside from losing Tyrel Reed and Brady Morningstar to graduation, Marcus and Markieff Morris, along with freshman guard Josh Selby, decided to opt for the NBA draft instead of another year in Lawrence. However, Bill Self doesn't expect the Jayhawks to take a step back this season.
