UF defense is good, not great

The Florida defense hasn't been overpowering this season.

It has bent far too much for head coach Urban Meyer's liking, and broken on several key occasions. That said, it has still easily been the stronger of the Gators' two units.

By a lot.

Entering Week 11, Florida was 11th nationally in total defense, allowing an average of 302.8 yards per game. In other words, it has, for the most part, kept the Gators in contests.
