Johnson shines in first start

The best things in life come to those that are willing to wait. Well, it didn't take long for freshman Elijah Johnson to earn his first start for top-ranked Kansas. In 15 minutes of action, Johnson scored 11 points on 4-of-6 shooting, including 2-of-2 from behind the arc, as KU defeated Radford, 99-64. In all, six players scored in double-figures for Bill Self's squad.
