KU passes road test

Top ranked Kansas (7-0; 0-0) traveled to Los Angeles, Calif., Sunday to take on the UCLA Bruins (2-5; 0-0) in their first true road game of the year. UCLA is down from years past, but still gave the Jayhawks a reasonably good game despite losing 73-61. Markieff Morris led the way with a career high 19-points for KU, who now move to 7-0 on the season and continue to prove their No. 1 ranking. The Jayhawks used a great defensive effort to keep the Bruins at bay throughout Sunday's match up.
