Robinson runs afoul with the law
Defensive end Montez Robinson was arrested for underage possession of alcohol by UGA police early Sunday morning, according to the Clarke County police report.
The Bulldog freshman was arrested at 4:06 a.m. before being released from the Clarke County jail at 5:28 a.m.
Robinson appeared in all 12 regular-season games, collecting five tackles, all coming in Georgia's win against Tennessee Tech against whom he earned SEC Freshman Defensive Lineman of the Week honors.
The Avon, Ind. native was not charged with DUI, and under rules posted in the UGA student handbook, his punishment will be up to head coach Mark Richt.
