Taylor hopes to earn back starting spot

When top-ranked Kansas takes the court for its final tune-up of the preseason against Pittsburg State on Tuesday night, Tyshawn Taylor should find himself back in the starting lineup. Having started 33-of-35 games in his career, the 6-foot-3, 185-pound guard from Hoboken, N.J., found himself coming off the bench against Fort Hays State last week. While head coach Bill Self was pleased with the success of his starting five, he indicated Taylor would likely be back in the starting lineup against the Gorillas.
