Adams sneaks in a visit to Norman

In this day and age of recruiting, it's hard to sneak onto a major program's campus and go unnoticed, but perhaps Joe Adams is as tough to keep a gauge on off the field as he is to tackle on it. The 6-foot-1, 178-pound wide receiver recently made his way to Norman, Oklahoma to meet with the Sooner coaches.

The visit was made even more important after a phone conversation with the Sooner coaches.

With Oklahoma rarely venturing into the state to it's direct East there is no true regional recruiter for the area, so not surprisingly receivers coach Kevin Sumlin has taken the reins of his recruitment. And to this point in time, so far so good for the Sooner assistant with the Little Rock Central Arkansas Christian receiver.

With offers from the Sooners as well as Oklahoma State, Tulsa, Arkansas, Minnesota, Texas Tech, and Georgia it would seem that Adams simply needs to collect all the possible information and come to an informed decision, but he says that he is in no rush to make a choice.
