I am so proud of the way our coaches and players played against Alabama A&M. You could tell that Coach Chizik really had his players motivated and his coaching staff prepared against this great opponent. They were 7-3 coming into this game, and Coach Chizik and company showed them who the real powerhouse is in this state.
As I watched from my box, I sensed the light coming on for Coach Chizik, and I am excited about his future as our coach. This is a man of great character, and I am confident that he won't lose by more than 50 points next weekend in Tuscaloosa. I encourage all of you to show your support for this team and this coach.
