What has Jacobs done and why are you dissatisfied. I am assuming Chiz will be out and you will be better off if they make the right hire.

If you have to ask what Jacobs has done to cause dissatisfaction you have obvoously been living under a rock. Football team sucks. Basketball team sucks. Baseball team sucks. He has improved NOTHING.

In a lot of businesses it is hard to properly evaluate the employees.  In big time athletic departments it is easy.  We keep score.  Regardless of your style, your intentions, your friends, we still keep score and we know what programs under you have won and lost.  JJ has a losing record.  I see no way you can justify keeping this guy on.
