KK had hardly any run support in a lot of games too. But sometimes the pitcher has to step up. I mean if your team has to put up 4-5 runs everytime you pitch to get a win, there's a problem. Even the guys in the booth have commented on how bad he's been since the break. I am not slamming him at all, but sometimes games are gonna be close and those are the ones you have to win.
Everyone talks about Tommy saying no run support this and that. Look at the flip side. Has he given the bats any support as of late? It goes both ways. In no way am I saying he's not a good pitcher. As I said in my previous post, he's been a disappointment in my opinion. And it's just that, my opinion. And from what the guys in the booth have been saying, I aint alone. We all know he has great potential. Fact is he's just not showing it as of late and we need him right now if the Braves are gonna make a deep run. As far as JJ. He's been pretty damn solid. Sure last night he was off. But can you seriously say you'd rather have Hanson on the mound than JJ in a division deciding game against the Phills? Not me. Again, that is my opinion and yours may be different. I will not call you wrong about it either because it's your opinion. But I think JJ would be more reliable as of right now the way the two are pitching.
