Born in Auburn. Most memorable players those years for me were Danny Sanspree, Terry Beasley, Pat Sullivan, David Langner, Dave Beck, Ken Burnich, Micky Zofko, Gardner Jett, the Newton Bros, Wallace Clark, Terry Henley, Alvin Bressler & Dick Smaltz. Watched Beasley and Bressler run track at Coliseum and enjoyed watching Weeb Eubanks wrestling teams. Moved to Prescott, AZ in mid 70s (good time to be away from AU football) but came back to Auburn in Fall of '80 (never any doubt where I was going to college...)
