MORGANTOWN-When J.T. Thomas was laying on the apron of Colorado's Folsom Field a year ago, he didn't know that ESPN was circulating the moving pictures of his non-moving body around the world.

He was not aware that Colorado coach Dan Hawkins and West Virginia coach Bill Stewart joined a hushed 52,000 at the stadium and millions at home as Thomas lay isolated with trainers as the game was interrupted.
