It's hard to believe, but if linebacker Kendall Moore signs with Notre Dame in February, some credit might go to NFL star Julius Peppers. Moore idolizes the Carolina Panthers pass rusher and recently learned Notre Dame assistant Jon Tenuta coached the All-Pro in college. Combine that with Corwin Brown's work and the Irish are in strong shape.
