New staff, new start for senior o-lineman

AuburnSports.com Several times over the past few years, Andrew McCain thought it was his turn to start.
None of those opportunities resulted in him earning a starting job - or even a single start.
The new coaching staff, however, has provided McCain one more chance in his senior year.
"This is my last rodeo, so to speak," McCain said. "I'm excited about it, trying to work hard and earn a spot so that I can have a chance to play, to be successful, to help the team and my senior year and everything else. It's an exciting time but it's also a stressful time, so everybody's working hard and just trying to make as much progress as we have."
McCain has spent the first two practices working with the first-team offensive line at right tackle.
So far, he has impressed first-year offensive line coach Jeff Grimes.
