The Shipley Effect
The bottom line is this: the Texas offense lives and dies by the hands of Jordan Shipley. Such a claim might seem ridiculous for any wide receiver, much less one that plays on the same team as Heisman favorite Colt McCoy. Yes, McCoy is the most valuable player on his team, but Shipley's ability to get open is what makes his baby-faced roommate look so darn good.
