Adams with two visits to go, talks Big 12 trip
After he had narrowed his list down to three schools, Rivals100 defensive tackle Corey Adams' last visit was to a school that didn't seem to even be in the picture.
Arizona State, Ohio State, and USC were the schools Adams had planned to decide from earlier this fall. Then the 6-foot-3, 277-pounder surprised many when he set up an official visit to Nebraska. Coach John Sanders told HuskersIllustrated.com the week after his Sept. 26 visit to Lincoln that he had a great trip and that he along with Adams' parents, encouraged him to go to see the Big 12 program with a new head coach focused on bringing NU back to the top.
Adams talked this week about his last trip to Nebraska in late September and explained that he has another visit set up in two weeks before decision time in January.
