"That was the easiest catch I ever made during my whole career at OSU!"

Those were the words of All-American Sammie Stroughter, who had just burned coverage on a deep pass from quarterback Lyle Moevao during Monday night's practice under the lights at Reser Stadium.

Head coach Mike Riley then responded, "Didn't you almost drop it?" Stroughter answered, "well, I almost did."

With the players in shorts, shoulder pads, and helmets, Oregon State treated about 40 people in the stands to a lot of production, and they saw some standout performances. Here is what I witnessed from Monday night:
