There were several college recruiters that were aware of Alonso Rojas. But once he turned in a top-notch performance at the Chris Sailer National Kicking Camp the recruiting went to a different level.

One of the coaches in attendance at the competition was Kansas special teams coordinator Louie Matsakis.
