A strong senior season and a big showing during Alabama-Mississippi All-Star practices have pushed Phenix City (Ala.) Central cornerback D'Antoine Hood into the recruiting spotlight.

The 5-foot-9, 185-pound Hood has seen interest from both in-state SEC schools pick up in recent weeks including a recent phone call from Auburn assistant coach James Willis.
