Through the years few places have been better to Oklahoma than the bayous of Louisiana and it seems that the Sooners yet again have gone down South to find talent. This weekend they hosted two of Baton Rouge (La.) Desire Street Academy's brightest stars in Lavar Edwards and Freddie Smooth. The pair of two-way players made the trip to Norman this weekend and according to their head coach Mickey Joseph, things went well.

Joseph, who handles all of the interviews on behalf of his players, says that he certainly won't be telling his players where to go but also says that he won't allow any of his young guys to make a decision that is bad for them.
