The right fit

GoPowercat.com Ron Anderson, a three-star rated recruit by Rivals.com for the Class of 2007, had accepted the fact he likely wasn't going to spend the 2007-08 season playing college basketball. It wasn't because the 6-foot-8, 260-pound power forward wasn't skilled enough, but instead due to the fact Anderson suffered a broken ankle last summer that kept him off the recruiting radar
or so he thought.
What opened up for Anderson was an opportunity at Kansas State. Already fully qualified, Anderson visited the Wildcat program and liked what he saw. The Chattanooga, Tenn., prospect was looking a list full of east coast schools before his visit to the Midwest, a trip that was enough to sell him on Coach Frank Martin's program.
