Offensive tackle Michael Brown of Lexington (TX) High School has always known in the back of his mind where he wanted to attend college. On Tuesday, it became a reality as the 2009 prospect made a very early commitment to the Texas A&M coaching staff.

Even though the 6-foot-6, 290 pound Brown attends a small 2A school, it has become quite the college pipeline to Texas A&M lately.

Jordan Peterson, a starting cornerback for the Aggies, signed with A&M in 2005. Brown's teammate, class of 2008 athlete Andrew Wolridge, has also verbally committed to the Aggies.
