Desire Street Academy might be a tiny Class 1A school, but it is loaded with some major Division I-A talent. And Louisiana Tech has let it be known it is very much interested in at least four players.

Leading the quartet of tall and talented DSA players is defensive end/ tight end Lavar Edwards and not far behind is athlete Deangelo Peterson. Other standouts are linemen Freddie Smooth and Nick Chartain.
