Virginia Tech is going after multiple players at Chesapeake (Va.) Oscar Smith in 2008. One of those holding an offer from the Hokies is 6-foot-2, 182-pound wide receiver Todd Harrelson.

At this time, the Hampton Roads wideout claims nine offers from Virginia, Virginia Tech, Maryland, North Carolina, Clemson, N.C. State, Northern Illinois and East Carolina.
