After a defensive dominating performance at Saturday's scrimmage, the Beavers
went right back to work Monday at the Merrit Truax Indoor Center. It was an interesting practice with the offense and defense working together more than usual, and there were fewer drills with individual groups. In the end, there were a lot of positive things, but still some things to work on before the spring game next week.

• Not much really to talk about from the quarterbacks. They didn't really
  build off their first spring scrimmage on Saturday, as all the quarterbacks
  looked mediocre. There were a lot of short passes when the offense was working
  against the defense, and the defense once again made it difficult to complete
  passes.
