Delashaun Dean trying to prove himself
An ACL tear ended the high school career of 6-foot-4, 190-pound wide receiver Delashaun Dean, but it didn't stop the three-star prospect from getting serious college interest.
Dean chose Arizona over offers from schools such as UCLA, Arizona State, Colorado, Nebraska, Oregon, Washington and Oregon State.
He was considered one of the nation's top athletes and was thought to be a top defensive back prospect as well as a wideout.
Arizona of course wanted him at wide receiver and probably could have used him as a true freshman.
