Arizona State's first season under Herb Sendek came to a conclusion with an opening-round loss to Washington in the Pac-10 Tournament on Wednesday but the Sun Devils are already scheduled to begin spring workouts in another 10 days. Antwi Atuahene -- In his second season in Tempe, the 6-foot-3, 205 pound Atuahene improved his physical conditioning substantially last summer and through practice in the fall. Teammates joked as early as the team's preseason media day that Atuahene was looking rather waifish. He lost a lot of body fat and was more streamlined and that will continue to be a point of emphasis this off-season.
