Latest Visit Impresses Singleton
When it comes to putting your best foot forward and trying to make a good impression, Tennessee hit a home-run on Tuesday night with the scene inside Thompson-Boling Arena as the Vols knocked off Florida. It was the type of scene that you might think would impress a potential recruit, which is exactly what it did to Chris Singleton, an unofficial visitor for the game and one of the top-targets on the board for the Vols in the 2008 class.
Singleton's (6-foot-9, 215 pounds) visit to campus was the second time he's made the trip from Georgia in less than a month. It's hard not to interpret that travel schedule as a positive sign for Tennessee, and it's impossible to interpret his comments following his most recent visit as anything other than good news for the Vols.
Singleton averaged 21 points and 11 rebounds this season.
