2008 shooting guard Matthew Humphrey and his Hales Franciscan teammates begin their regional play this week and they have no easy task in front of them. If they can dispatch Chicago King, they will most likely draw Chicago Whitney Young on Friday night. Humphrey is ready for the challenge.

As with any player of his caliber, he has seen his recruitment heat up. He has offers from programs in the ACC, Big Ten, and Pac 10, and interest from numerous others.

His offers include Arizona State, Bradley, Clemson, DePaul, Indiana, Iowa and Miami.
