John Clay is on the clock.

The four-star running back from Racine, Wis., is expected to publicly announce his college decision at Saturday's U.S. Army All-American Bowl in San Antonio, Texas. The game will be televised at noon (CST) on NBC.

The last time Clay spoke to a reporter from Rivals.com, he indicated that he's Big Ten bound with his finalists being the Iowa Hawkeyes and Wisconsin Badgers.
