On Saturday, the Albuquerque Tribune and VandySports.com reported that the Vanderbilt Commodores had secured a verbal commitment from Australian center Andrew Ogilvy.

On Sunday night, VandySports.com was able to contact Ogilvy for his first publicated reaction to his decision to play for the SEC school.

"I have decided to go to Vanderbilt," Ogilvy told VandySports.com. "I made this decision when I got home from the visits and to me, it was a clear decision."
