Warriors seeking national respect

TideSports.com While Alabama's coaches and players ready themselves for just another home opener, the Hawaii Warriors are preparing for what head coach June Jones says could be the biggest road game of his career at Hawaii.
"We're excited about the opportunity to go down there and see what it's like in the big time," Jones said. "We've been to Michigan State and USC but I've been trying to tell my players SEC football is a little bit different."
Jones, who in eight years with the Warriors has led them to 53 wins, four bowl games and 14 NCAA records, is preparing for a tough game against the Tide where his run-and-shoot offense will face off against Alabama's old-school rushing game.
