Q: How much improvement can be expected of you from your first year as starter to your second year?

Wright: A quarterback is judged on his experience. A quarterback that doesn't have a lot of talent but has experience is going to get the nod over a young guy with a lot of talent. To me, having a year under my belt and the experience of playing in big games is going to make the second game a much bigger year for me.
