Tuesday night, running back Arian Foster answered the questions surrounding his health with a couple of big runs early in the scrimmage. But for the third year tailback who is coming off of shoulder surgery and knee surgery, his best play Tuesday night had nothing to do with him carrying the football.

"I picked up a blitz that I really needed to pick up," Foster said when asked of his best play in the scrimmage. "I feel like our linebackers are good. It was good to pick up the blitz."

Foster said linebacker Ellix Wilson tried to run over him on a blitz. The significance of Foster picking up the blitz was big for him because he feels like he is a more complete back.
