Wright talks recruiting
Everyone wants to know what's on the mind of five star point guard Chris Wright. What schools does he favor? When will he make a decision? Well we got as much as we could out of the talented prospect from Washington, D.C., but for the most part, Wright is keeping things slow for the moment.
The 6-foot-0, 190-pound scoring machine has been sidelined most of the summer battling illness. "I have had to fight off some illness but things are starting to shape back up," Wright said. If he stays healthy, he should be in full flight by August. The past two months have not been the best for Wright though. "I really got worn down a little during late May and June and I can still tell I am not back in shape all the way, but I am almost there."
His ability to make things happen on the court several big time programs chasing after him but Wright says there are things he still wants to improve. "I feel confident with my game but I always want to keep improving. I am spending a lot of time working on my defense and the way I guard other players. I think the biggest thing is just to keep playing against tough competition and things will keep improving," Wright said.
