Gray goes over the pros & cons
Last week was an eventful one in the life and recruiting process of Columbia, Mo., Rock Bridge dual-threat quarterback Logan Gray. Not only did he realize his dream of being named an EA SPORTS Elite 11 quarterback, but he also cut his extensive list down to a final four.
GatorBait.net spoke with him Sunday evening while he was in Atlanta preparing to visit the Auburn Tigers on Monday.
The big news of course for Gray was receiving notice from Camp Coordinator Brian Stumpf that he had made the cut. It has been a long two week wait since the Las Vegas tryout.
"My initial reaction was a sigh of relief," was the reply from Gray when asked about being named an EA SPORTS Elite 11 member. "It was a little nerve wracking waiting to see if I made it. Waiting on that call. In the end, I just wanted to find out - whether I made it or not, I wanted to get it over with and move on."
