Rivals100 safety loves FSU visit
Michael McNeil didn't know what to expect upon arriving in Tallahassee. But what the four-star safety found, was a red carpet treatment so big, that the Alabama safety almost committed on the spot. But he knew all along that no matter how much fun the trip was, he wasn't going to make a decision this weekend.
"My granddad keeps my head on straight," said McNeil. "A lot of prospects get impressed and make an emotional decision. We don't want to do that. I want to do it before the season starts or maybe on the first or second week. My granddad wants me to wait and Coach (Mickey) Andrews said to wait and take my visits."
Speaking of Coach Andrews, the 'Noles' Defensive Coordinator spent the entire weekend showing McNeil the ropes and explaining how FSU plays defense.
